ESPAÑA HOTEL* * * *

The project consists of the integral reform of the hotel to reconvert it into a 4 star hotel. The hotel is located in the historic center of Barcelona next to the Liceu. Its great architectural value on the ground floor, with the lounges and the central patio designed by Doménech i Muntaner and sgraffito of Ramon Casas, all original of the modernist period, make the hotel a unique building. The renovation contemplates a general change of image of the whole building, restoring all areas of modernist architectural value and reforming all areas of rooms to be transformed into luxurious rooms using modern materials, seeking warmth and comfort in the interior of the room, making them very different and special, differing from the noble modernist halls.
