GRANADOS 83 HOTEL * * * *
The project converts an old clinic located in the right stretch of Barcelona into a hotel. It maintains and restores the main façade of the nineteenth century style. Wrought iron and the facade to the patio are demolished to be able to adapt the spaces to the new use. The reception hall on the ground floor leads to the central nucleus in the form of a patio of lights and it is intended to develop the accommodation area in height around that central patio of ventilation that organizes at the same time vertical communications (stairs and panoramic elevators). The ventilation of the rooms occurs mainly to the street or to the interior patio of the block.
