Before starting the renovation works, the site presented a set of industrial buildings of the company Massó i Carol. Of all the existing buildings, the one that had better conditions to make lofts, was the long unit aligned with the Passatge Masoliver. We have preserved the chimney as historical testimony of a time when Poble Nou was the industrial quarter moved by the force of the steam. We have divided the industrial building into 18 modules. Three vertical communication towers, each consisting of a staircase and a panoramic forklift give independent access to each module.
